Our Story

Since 2022

Meet the face behind Lily & Fern Design Co., Erin Wahl. In 2021, she decided that it was time to challenge herself professionally and return back to the arts. The last 12 years she has spent her time devoted to classroom teaching, but more recently she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Web Design & Development from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. She spent the last three years working on the evaluation and maintenance of design systems. After research, she spent time translating her client’s needs while working closely with technical resources to ensure flawless design execution.

A bit about Erin…

Erin also loves fine arts…

Before she decided to change direction to Web Design & Development, she studied jewelry design and metalsmithing for 3 years. Since 2000, she has a small studio where she primarily hand fabricates jewelry out of sterling silver and gold. For her, the process is a therapeutic outlet which allows her to be creative on a whole other level.

When Erin is not designing…

She loves to spend time outdoors with her girls. She grew up in a rural area of western central Pennsylvania, a beautiful region surrounded by trails, rivers, and mountains, hence her love for hiking, whitewater paddling, and skiing. Every weekend she explores the nature that surrounds her which she calls home.
